Titanic cameos

i think this man here is probably Mr stengel

I’m afraid James Cameron didn’t consciously built in the Stengels into the movie. In the deleted scene “Out of question” we see behind the Duff Gordons two men from first class, but they don’t have much resemblance to the passengers who sat in boat 1 (Henry Stengel and Abraham Salomon). It is possible that James Cameron simply wanted to represent the number of passengers on the boat, but did not cast two actors for Stengel and Salomon.

I would say that this man standing at the window is not Thomas Cardeza. I dont think that the Cardezas appear in the movie. This man is probably a first class steward who appears in several scenes and also has a line when Thomas Andrews instructs him to check the first class cabins on the starboard side on B deck.
In fact i think they appear, but there is one thing I realized while watching repeatedly, some extras are reused (since Cameron did not film the lifeboat 3 launch) and Mrs Cardeza appeared near the lifeboat 3

If thats Mrs. Candee then they goofed, or used her again to sub as Mrs. Brown. Candee left in Boat 6, before that scene took place.
She said Cameron liked her looks and let her stay on set countless times hahaha, anyway i don't think she was the only extra reused, we see this woman in the same boat as Rose and then in the final plunge.

It is possible that the two extras are supposed to represent the Cardezas. Even though I have to admit that I didn’t notice them in the rest of the movie so far, but you will probably find them in other scenes if you look for them intensively.

The couple briefly seen in the same scene here could be Mr. Albert and Mrs. Vera Dick, who were in lifeboat number 3 as well. They were brought to lifeboat number 3 by Thomas Andrews Jr and were thrown into the lifeboat by an officer (either first officer Murdoch or fifth officer Lowe) while still embracing one another. Newly discovered photographs of the couple before the disaster are included below:

Exactly. Cameron reused a lot of extras. The lady with the fur is just one example. In the same scene you can see an older extra from the third class sitting in Boat 4, who is seen in the crowd in front of Boat A a little later.

Thank you, Thomas :)

Another topic that has already been discussed in another thread is the appearance of Jack Thayer and his father. It has been speculated that the two gentlemen behind Jack and Rose on the staircase represent the Thayers. Personally, I think the younger man looks too old for seventeen-year-old Jack Thayer, so at first I thought of George and Harry Widener. You can tell me what you think about it...

This picture was taken between the shooting of the sunday service. That the potential Jack Thayer has a young lady at his side should not surprise us. In the actual scene, the lady is seen next to another young man.

Can anyone identify Madeleine Astor on boat 4? I get the feeling she couldn't get through the window with her fake belly and got into another lifeboat... or she lost her white fur cape
