Cameron's Titanic Explorer

Hi there!
I am new in this forum. I am from Brazil and I am a Titanic fan. Here in my country I never had the oportunity to buy this 3 game collection. I would love if someone here would have this game could pass me the cd images so I could have it!

Could anyone help me?
I have adsl and it would be pretty fast!
Thanks a lot!

Patrick, Titanic Explorer is not a game. It contains only information about the real Titanic, on three discs. It doesn't cost a lot and there are plenty of dealers online who will be happy to help you to have it. Of course you will need to pay them, but that's life.

I know, I said a game because its as fun as a game, sorry. The problem is that I live in Brazil, here where I live this game was
never sold and never will be. I tried to buy it in the internet but the cost
would be too hight for me ( It would cost me almost 2 months of my entire
work money). I am realy a Titanic fan and thats my only chance to have this
game.
I'd like you could help me with this.

Patrick, JCTE can frequently be found on eBay for dirt (although I don't see any at the moment). One sold on March 9 for $1. Just go to ebay.com every day and search for titanic explorer.

that might take common sense you see, i dont think they have that in abundance. I have XP does that mean i wont be able to get it to work 100 percent efficiancy anymore?

Just read all the posts on this software and I'm getting the feeling it dosen't work with XP Sp2. if it does please help me as I keep getting and error; C;\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT
The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows Applications. Choose close to terminate the application. Close/Ignore
Ignore dosen't do anything and close ends the installation.
So any help would be great.

Thanks

angus,
try this:
open the Cd folder and right click on the install program, right click on the file and click on properties, and then click on the compatibly tab and the first box where it has a check mark area check it and pull the box down and tell it to run in windows 98, and that should take care of the problem, and do the same for the main program file when you get it installed...
hope that helped
Cory

The problem is that on ebay it will cost too much! I live in Brazil it will cost me 5 times the price you guys pay there plus shipping and taxes...
Is there anyone that have this game that could send it to me via internet?
Thanks a lot friends!

Hey all!

I thought that I had completed the 3D tour of the ship on this CD, but I read somewhere else on this board that you can go into the cargo holds on the Titanic Tour offered on the 'Titanic Explorer' CD. How do I get to the cargo hold in the tour?

Hi Jeffrey.

The 3D tour and ship drawings are interactive. Go the ship drawings and choose the Orlop Deck. On the left side of the screen you'll see a close-up of the area that is highlighted on the mini-ship on the right side of the screen.

To get to the cargo hold: click on the box on the right side of the screen and drag it towards the bow. When you get to the cargo hold the Tour link below the mini-ship will change colors. Click that link and you'll get a 3d tour of the cargo hold.

Have fun!

Cathy
